Our Little Knight turned 4 last week and was so cute with all his celebrations.  We had a family party early in the week and then a "friend" party put together at the last minute for Friday.  He REALLY wanted to have a party with friends so on Monday afternoon I called everyone and started making plans for a cake, games and party favors.  It came together splendidly with the help of some great friends and a wonderfully helpful daughter.  She even stayed up until 10 o'clock one night helping me!  We didn't realize how late it was until we came in from "painting the bricks" in the garage...oops!  Not my best Mommy move.  But it all worked out, an early bedtime the next few nights and she survived. 
As for the Little Knight, we can't believe he's 4 already and getting ready for Preschool next year.  I'm not sure who's more excited for him, the knight or his sister.
